Pamit Property Maintenance
Pamit Property Maintenance is a seperate section of Pamit Constructions that focuses on smaller maintenance type projects. It was designed to care for NDIS funded home owners, Real estate property management, residensal and commercial maintenance. If the project is to big, we move it upstairs to Pamit Constructions.
NDIS funded Home services
We are registered provider through NDIS to provide home services. Whether it is Ramps, Handrails, Shower seats to lawns, pressure washes we can provide it.
Real estate
With extensive experience in the building industry through our Building company we are in a unique position. We have a full understanding of building standards and methods that handymen don't. We look after all sized maintenance.
Commercial
We can provide many Maintanence services specifically relating to commerial like repairs to ceilling grids, Aluminium fixtures and so on.
residential
Whether you are looking a small job like fixing a binding door or decking board replacement we can provide ALL the services you need to care for you home
Management
As we are trading under Pamit Constructions it means we have all the perks of a builder. We can organise the specialised trades you need for your project legally.
